RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS THE POLICY?

We’ll happily provide a full refund on your JDP product provided that:

- It is within the 30 days from the date of delivery

- Item(s) are not marked as ‘Final Sale’, unless faulty. Faulty items will need to be inspected before a return is approved

- Buyer covers the postage (and any other) costs

HOW TO RETURN

Returning a JDP product is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Contact us at info@jdpau.com and provide us with your:

- Order number

- Email address used for purchase

- Reason for returning 

2. Our team at JDP will assess your returns case within 24 hours and provide you with a returns label.

3. Pack up your JDP product, stick on the label and off it goes!...to your nearest Australia Post office.

Note: We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. 

WHEN RETURNS ARE PROCESSED

- Once the JDP product reaches the warehouse, we will refund you via your original form of payment within 5 business days!

Note: Of course, any external factors causing delays in the product reaching the warehouse is unfortunately beyond our control…

FAULTY ITEMS

Oh no! We always want you to receive the best quality JDP product and truly be blown away. However, we know sometimes it’s not your fault!

- Please contact info@jdpau.com for any faulty products and we’ll try to fix the issue ASAP.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges on any orders, but we’re hoping to soon!

- If you would like a different colour, please return your unwanted items and place a new order

PLEASE NOTE!

- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly so it does not get damaged on the way

- Ensure you have proof of postage in case there is something wrong with the delivery
