HOW IT WORKS

Free standard shipping for all Australian orders. All JDP products are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

ORDER ETA

Once your order is placed, the team will work as fast as possible to ensure it arrives at your door within a week. At the moment, we only offer standard shipping, however, will be looking to offer express shipping soon enough!

TRACKING

Your JDP product on its way! You will be notified when it has been picked up and on its route to you, with a tracking order number provided to you via email.

LOST ORDERS

If you think your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at info@jdpau.com and we will investigate this further.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Unfortunately, once you place an order, you are unable to change the shipping address. So please carefully check your address as we are unable to retrieve any incorrect deliveries
